The Role The People Operations Manager (POM) is part of the People & Development department, whose primary goal is to ensure our teams feel needed and appreciated. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Advise, coach and counsel operations management on employee relations issues, and formulate specific measurable actions to help them resolve issues, increase effectiveness, build relationships and reputed company business goals.
