About the Role Cow Paradise India Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team and drive measurable growth across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with paid advertising, social media, analytics, content strategy and audience growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, creative and focused on delivering measurable results. ( Female candidates are preferred for this position. ) Key Responsibilities Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaignsManage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaignsMonitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and ROIDevelop audience targeting, retargeting and conversion strategiesConduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad campaignsWork with video editors, designers and content creators to develop high-performing marketing creativesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies for our gaming, entertainment and content brandsSupport social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platformsAnalyze campaign and social media performance and prepare regular reportsIdentify new trends, audience insights and growth opportunitiesSupport influencer and creator marketing campaignsResearch competitors and emerging digital marketing opportunitiesLeverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing research, content creation and campaign efficiency Requirements 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth MarketingHands-on experience with Meta AdsGood understanding of Google Ads and digital advertisingStrong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimizationAbility to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisionsGood understanding of social media and content performanceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlinesWillingness to work from our Kollam office Preferred Qualifications Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaignsExperience with significant advertising budgetsExperience in Gaming, Entertainment, Animation, Kids Content or Creator-led brandsExperience with YouTube marketing and audience growthExperience with influencer marketingFamiliarity with Generative AI and AI-assisted marketing workflowsKnowledge of analytics, tracking, pixels and conversion optimization What We're Looking For We value proven results over qualifications alone.
