We're Hiring: Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive Kizen Education is looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-orientated Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive to help us scale our brand and student admissions through impactful digital campaigns. If you're passionate about driving growth through paid advertising, analytics, and digital strategy, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on maximising ROI and reducing cost per lead.Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare actionable reports.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.Manage remarketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing funnels.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advertising best practices. What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance marketing tools. Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation. Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus. A portfolio or proven campaign results will be an added advantage.
