Performance Test Engineer

You will be joining our team as a Performance Tester for a large banking client in Navi Mumbai. Your role will involve designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter, analyzing test results, collaborating with various teams to define performance test requirements, documenting test scenarios and results, and providing recommendations to enhance system stability and performance. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project discussions.

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and performance gaps- Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements- Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing- Provide recommendations to improve system stability, scalability, and performance- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project discussions

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing- Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT)- Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) within 3 months of joining (exam cost will be reimbursed by Mphasis)- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAdditional Company Details (if present):Shift would be applicable, but women candidates would work in the general shift (8 AM - 5 PM / 10 AM - 7 PM)Employment Type: Full-time, .
