01Requirements
6+ years of experience in performance engineering / nonfunctional testing.Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e. g., JMeter, LoadRunner, k6 Gatling or equivalent).Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and networking concepts.Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex system behaviour.Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e. g., C, Java, Python, JavaScript).Experience in the insurance industry.Exposure to capacity planning, resiliency testing, and chaos engineering. .
