01Key Responsibilities
- Performance Testing & Engineering:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner (HTTP, TruClient, Web Services, and other protocols).
- Prior experience in load testing with higher concurrency will be an added advantage.
- Perform load, stress, endurance, spike, and volume testing to evaluate system performance.
- Ensure performance testing aligns with critical banking workflows, including transaction processing, account management, and payments.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand banking-specific use cases, ensuring thorough test coverage.
- Capture server-side and client-side performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed performance test plans, scripts, and execution reports.
- Document observations, defects, and recommendations in a structured manner for stakeholder communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in LoadRunner scripting (HTTP, TruClient, Web Services, etc.).
- Proficiency in parameterization, correlation, and scripting enhancements in LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with performance testing lifecycle and methodologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or equivalent.
- Domain Skills:
- Solid understanding of banking domain processes and workflows, especially in CBS, mobile banking, and internet banking.
- Other Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
