01Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter.
Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to ensure optimal application performance.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test findings and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:
BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-9 years of experience in performance testing with proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
Proven track record of successful performance testing in complex software environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.
Excellent communication skills to articulate testing results and recommendations. .
