Description We are seeking a Performance Testing Specialist with expertise in LoadRunner to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
Responsibilities Design and develop performance test plans and test cases using LoadRunner. Execute performance tests, analyze results, and provide recommendations for performance improvements. Monitor system performance during testing and identify bottlenecks and issues. Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on test results and findings. Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of performance-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in performance testing using LoadRunner. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. Proficiency in scripting with LoadRunner protocols such as Web, Database, and others. Experience in analyzing performance test results and providing actionable insights. Familiarity with application servers, databases, and network protocols. Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. .
