Job Description
Sales & Lead Generation:
Generate leads for personal loans through outbound calling and other sales activities.
Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, features, and benefits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales process.
Customer Handling
Handle customer queries related to personal loans.
Provide accurate information about loan products and application procedures.
Build professional relationships with customers.
Assist customers with the loan application process.
Loan Sales & Conversion
Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.
Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.
Follow up with customers to complete pending documentation.
Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Telecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Conduct sales conversations professionally and confidently.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable information.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
