Role Description The Personal Loan Sales Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Hazratganj. This role is responsible for leading and motivating a team of personal loan sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, allocating prospects, tracking performance, and providing coaching and training to team members. The Team Leader will monitor market trends, ensure adherence to compliance and documentation requirements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. The role also involves reporting on sales activities, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in personal loans .Strong skills in team management, performance monitoring, and coaching to drive sales results.Solid understanding of financial products, lending processes, and basic credit assessment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers and guiding team members.Ability to work on-site in Hazratganj , manage targets under pressure, and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms to track leads and performance.Minimum of a diploma or bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.Experience in related financial services is an advantage. .
