Assisting customers over the phone to choose and apply for various financial products.
Must be fluent in Kannada; knowledge of English, Hindi, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Meeting and exceeding daily/monthly sales targets with high accuracy.
Maintaining high productivity standards and call quality.
Adapting to changing business requirements and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate.
Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, flexible, and eager to earn high incentives.
Experience: Previous experience in banking/fintech Personal and Business Loan sales is a must. .
