Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers over the phone to choose and apply for various financial products.
- Must be fluent in Kannada; knowledge of English, Hindi, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Meeting and exceeding daily/monthly sales targets with high accuracy.
- Maintaining high productivity standards and call quality.
- Adapting to changing business requirements and shifting priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, flexible, and eager to earn high incentives.
- Experience: Previous experience in banking/fintech Personal and Business Loan sales is a must. .
