- Proficiency in any local languages Kannada , Tamil/Telugu , English Hindi etc
- Positive communication skills
- Ready to travel
- Knowledge of cold chain , supply chain /operations
- CFA Management / Channel management , CFA Audits and KPI management
- Collection of Stocks and Sales statement
- Visiting Stockist /Distributors and conduct Audits
- Ensuring cold chain infra at stockist
- Co ordination with Stockist Sales team for liquidation of stocks
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- Market insights /survey etc. .
