Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new client through Database for Accounts, Loan and other miscellaneous products.
- Acquisition of high value new merchant relationships every month
- Responsible for onboarding of merchant base within the regulatory norms
- Responsible to manage and service the portfolio of Merchant accounts of POS
- Manage portfolio volume aiming to grow the same by new acquisitions as well portfolio deepening within his/her assigned locations
- Track the existing portfolio of Key Merchants to ensure activation / retention of merchants, grow market share and wallet share
- Create cross sell opportunities of other products to the Merchants in the portfolio.
- Work within Regulatory guidelines laid down by RBI in merchant acquiring and within compliance and code of the bank
- Non-Financial Responsibilities, Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry.
- Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
- Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Required Candidate Profile:
- Candidate with 0 to 01 Years of experience in BFSI
- Applicable for both Male/Female candidates
- Must be minimum graduate (HS candidates can apply for off roll)
- Age limit is upto 32 years.
