Job Role

Phone Banking Officer (Inbound Process)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and deliver exceptional service.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

• Promote and upsell banking products and services based on customer needs.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Compensation

• Freshers: Up to 3 LPA

• Experienced Candidates: Up to 4.5 LPA

Eligibility

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Age Limit: Up to 28 years
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory
• Customer service and sales aptitude preferred

Work Schedule

• 6 Rotational Week Offs per Month

• Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment

• For Female Day Rotational Shift any 9 hrs
• For Males Rotational  (24/7) any 9 hrs. Shift
