Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated PHP Team Leader to lead our PHP development team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled PHP developer with strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding a team to deliver high-quality web applications and solutions. As the PHP Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in project management, technical leadership, and team collaboration.
Exp : At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP development, with a demonstrated progression into a leadership role.

Qualification :
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Skills :
- - Proficiency in PHP with a deep understanding of its syntax, features, and ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a development team.
- Architecture Design: Knowledge of software architecture principles and experience in designing scalable web applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Code Review: Experience in code review processes and ensuring code quality.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work setting.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, helping them solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Review and approve code changes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design scalable and efficient PHP-based solutions.
- Participate in coding and development activities, taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free and reliable software.
- Maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and documentation for team members.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing client feedback and concerns.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with PHP and web development trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
