Role Description
Quest Global is seeking a full-time Physical Design Manager to join our team in Bayan Lepas in an on-site capacity. The successful candidate will lead and manage physical design projects, oversee power analysis, physical verification, and ensure designs meet timing and physical requirements. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to align RTL design efforts with physical design goals, resolve technical challenges, and meet project timelines. Additionally, the manager will take ownership of project planning and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Design and Physical Verification tools and methodologies.Experience in Power Analysis with a solid understanding of power optimization techniques.Expertise in Timing and timing closure, including experience with timing analysis tools and methodologies.Knowledge in RTL Design, including design implementation alignment with backend physical requirements.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. .
