Job Description

Role Overview

You will support the implementation and adherence to Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies, minimum control standards, and the overall ORM Framework for Physical Disruption. This includes participating in controls oversight, risk assessments, RTC framework adherence, and contributing to third-party oversight processes and physical security approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the definition, monitoring, and reporting of Physical Disruption Group Risk Appetite and related metrics. - Prepare and support the quarterly reporting process for Group and divisional operating conditions related to Physical Disruption Risk. - Foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders. - Provide analytical support and insights to inform decisions regarding ORM Framework implementation, risk identification, and proposed key controls.

Qualifications Required

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within financial services. - Robust understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and practices. - Significant experience in a business, risk management, or other relevant control functions. - Demonstrable experience of developing strong working relationships with stakeholders. - Competent using Microsoft Office tools. - Fluent in English with strong communication skills. - Strong time management skills when dealing with multiple priorities. - Experience with change projects is desirable.
