What You'll Own:- Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing high-value travel bookings end-to-end.- Deliver a seamless customer experience, handling complex itineraries, escalations, and personalized requests.- Oversee offline bookings and premium concierge services like visa support, seat/meal selection, and itinerary changes.- Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met while capturing customer feedback for internal improvements.- Support knowledge-sharing within the team and guide junior associates with best practices. What You'll Bring:- 5-6 years of experience in B2B travel operations or corporate travel support.- Strong understanding of flight, hotel, and end-to-end travel booking systems.- Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing experience is a must.- Experience managing high-pressure situations with business clients.- Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.- Comfortable working across shifts and rotational schedules when needed.- Prior experience using CRM tools, GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre), and back-end travel dashboards. .
