Job Description:
- Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Maintain CNC, VMC, HMC, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage maintenance spares, vendors and service contractors.
- Support machine installation, commissioning and plant improvement projects.
- Ensure safety, 5S, TPM and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
Preferred: Experience in valve manufacturing / machining industry, with knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machines and industrial utilities.
Skills: Maintenance, Troubleshooting, RCA, Preventive Maintenance, CNC/VMC, TPM, 5S, Vendor Management.
