We are hiring for the position of Plant Head with a leading organization in the Transformer Manufacturing industry.

Position: Plant Head
Location: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification:B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 15-20 Years
CTC: Up to 22 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end transformer manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
-Drive operational excellence by implementing best manufacturing practices, lean initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
-Provide strong leadership across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Plant Operations.
-Oversee manufacturing planning, process optimization, resource utilization, and productivity enhancement.
-Possess sound knowledge of Electrical Design related to transformer manufacturing.
-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
-Implement best practices to achieve operational excellence, improved efficiency, enhanced quality, and cost optimization.
-Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance standards while driving sustainable plant performance.

Candidate Profile:
-Extensive experience in Transformer Manufacturing.
-Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading large manufacturing teams.
-Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
-Ability to drive business objectives through operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
