Role Description The Plant Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Good2Go Global facility in Manesar. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR activities at the plant, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The Plant HR Manager will handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include partnering with plant leadership, managing attendance and payroll inputs, supporting training and development initiatives, and driving engagement, diversity, and inclusion programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, and supporting continuous improvement in HR systems and practices.
Qualifications
Experience in plant or manufacturing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing environments.Skills in performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.Ability to manage HR data, HRIS tools, payroll inputs, and reporting with attention to detail and accuracy.Proven capability in coordinating training, safety awareness, and development programs for plant teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in sustainable or FMCG sectors, is highly beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced plant environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. .
