This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology professional who combines DevOps, full-stack engineering, API integration, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and conversational AI expertise. Unlike a conventional AI integration role, this position requires hands-on experience in building, tuning, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based conversational AI agents and supporting their reliability in production environments. Key Responsibilities Platform & DevOps Engineering - Build, deploy, maintain, and optimize scalable technology platforms. - Manage application infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, uptime, and production support. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes. - Support post-launch engineering, system reliability, and performance optimization. - Work across the technology stack to ensure stable and scalable applications. AI & Prompt Engineering - Build and optimize LLM-based conversational AI agents. - Develop and refine prompts, system instructions, workflows, and conversation logic. - Tune AI agents to improve accuracy, reliability, consistency, and user experience. - Work with multiple LLM/AI models based on business and technical requirements. - Develop multi-domain AI assistants for different business use cases. - Evaluate AI-agent performance and continuously improve responses and workflows. - Support multilingual AI applications where required. API & Third-Party Integrations - Develop and manage API integrations with external technology platforms. - Work with integrations such as Zoom, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other business applications. - Build reliable data and workflow integrations between internal and external platforms. - Troubleshoot API, integration, and production-related issues. Production & Reliability - Monitor applications, AI agents, integrations, and infrastructure. - Identify and resolve performance, availability, and reliability issues. - Take ownership of post-launch fixes and technology improvements. - Maintain system documentation and technical processes. - Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
