Plm Support Engineer

Job Description: PLM Support Engineer (2 to 20 Years Experience) Job Title PLM Support Engineer Experience 2 to 20 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Support Engineer to provide application support, maintenance, enhancement, and user assistance for PLM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, Aras, or Siemens PLM solutions and possess strong troubleshooting, configuration, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for PLM applications and integrations. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs. Monitor PLM system performance, availability, and data integrity. Support user management, workflows, access control, and system configurations. Coordinate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Manage incident, service request, problem, and change management activities. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions. Support deployment, upgrades, patches, and migration activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Provide training and guidance to end users. Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required. Required Skills Experience in PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ENOVIA, Aras Innovator, or similar. Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes. Knowledge of workflow management, BOM, change management, and document management. Experience with SQL databases and data analysis. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux). Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. .
