01Responsibilities
Perform SOP based Demand forecasting and Resource Planning support activities Support project setup, launch, and onboarding activities. Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain action trackers. Track project artifacts, approvals, and governance deliverables. Support Change Control preparation, submission, and tracking. Maintain project documentation, repositories, and operational trackers. Support project financial, demand, and resource management activities. Assist with project closure and governance compliance activities. Partner with PMs/PgMs and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards, and organizational methodologies. Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Skills:
Understanding of PMO Governance, Project Coordination, and Project Lifecycle Management (Delivery Excellence) Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision Strong analytical skills Strong Communication skills Stakeholder management skills Problem Management and Resolution Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Willing to work night shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM)
