01Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field Overall 4-5 years of experience with 2 years of experience in Project Management. Experience with CAPEX budgeting and financial tracking Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Servicenow, Cora, MS Project, Planview, Jira, etc.) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Portfolio reporting & dashboards KPI tracking and PMO performance metrics Process improvement initiatives Preferred/plus: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification Experience working in a structured PMO environment Knowledge of stage gate or governance frameworks Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive communication and stakeholder management Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus Lubrizol: Imagined for Life.
