Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning activities across projects.Monitor resource utilization, bench, and forecast demand.Coordinate with delivery managers, project managers, and stakeholders to fulfil staffing requirements and resource allocation and related activities.Track onboarding, roll-offs, and resource movements.Ensure data accuracy across resource management tools.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal workforce utilization.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Hands-on knowledge of "MS Word" and "MS Excel" (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Good communication and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. .
