Hiring: PMO Lead Renewable Energy Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Permanent Sector: Renewable Energy | Wind | Solar | EPC About the Role We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination for large-scale renewable energy EPC projects across India. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.Manage procurement, vendor assessment, vendor management, and contract negotiations.Oversee project budgets, cost control, and quality assurance.Work closely with the Project Head on end-to-end EPC project management.Handle land acquisition, conversion, and mutation procedures.Draft and negotiate term sheets, agreements, and contracts.Ensure regulatory compliance and required project permits.Prepare detailed project reports and coordinate with key stakeholders.Candidate Profile 1525 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably in Wind/Solar projects.Must have managed projects of 200 MW or more of grid-connected capacity.Strong knowledge of Civil & Electrical BOP (Balance of Plant).Good understanding of land laws and regulatory procedures.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.Experience in the Energy/Renewable Energy/Infrastructure sector preferred.Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
