Role & responsibilities
Track and monitor Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from branches, drivers, and transport partners.
Verify PODs for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Maintain accurate POD records.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support customer invoicing.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to resolve pending or incorrect PODs.
Follow up for missing PODs and ensure timely closure.
Share verified PODs with the billing team for invoice processing.
Prepare POD ageing and pending reports.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of experience in POD management, logistics documentation, billing support, or operations.
Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with ERP/SAP is an added advantage.
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills. .
