01Role Overview
As a Research Analyst, you will work closely with the campaign strategy and communications teams, turning political, policy, and public sentiment research into actionable insights. You'll be expected to move quickly on real-time developments, support leadership with data-backed inputs, and help shape messaging that resonates with the public.
02Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on political issues, policies, and competitors.Prepare comprehensive reports and white papers on key political topics.Analyze public opinion, surveys, and focus group insights.Provide data-driven insights to enhance campaign messaging and political strategies.Provide data and research backed key speech inputs to political leadership.Monitor media (print, digital, social) for news, narratives, and sentiment shifts.Track opposition activities and strategies on an ongoing basis.Prepare briefing notes and talking points for leadership ahead of events/interviews.Required Skills and Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in political research, policy analysis, or public affairs.Bachelor's or Masters degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling research reports and presentations.Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and software for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Proficiency in language in English & Hindi.Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 35,000.00 per month
