Role Description The Pool Chemical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining chemical balance in swimming pools, including testing water quality, adjusting chemical levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The specialist will perform routine inspections, document test results, and coordinate with maintenance teams to address filtration, circulation, and sanitation issues. Daily tasks include preparing and handling chemical solutions, troubleshooting chemical or water clarity problems, and advising management on best practices for pool chemical management. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, following regulatory and company protocols, and supporting incident prevention through proactive pool monitoring.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in the Chemical Industry and Chemical Engineering relevant to water treatment and pool maintenance.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting water test results and optimizing chemical dosing.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with maintenance staff and reporting findings clearly.Hands-on Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, use of testing kits, and accurate record-keeping.Bachelors degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of pool water chemistry standards, safety regulations, and handling of hazardous materials.Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.Experience in facility maintenance, water treatment, or a similar operational role is an advantage.
