Job Responsibilities :
Drive customer retention initiatives for the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio.
Monitor insurance business performance, MIS, and portfolio analytics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Handle reconciliations related to insurance business and payouts.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Work closely with sales, operations, product, finance, and insurance partners to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis).
Proven experience in customer retention for Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP)business.
Experience in insurance business management, compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder management.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a rapid-paced setting.
Experience:
Relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP portfolio retention and insurance business management preferred. .
