We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead POS Sales to join our growing team and drive business expansion across Retail and Enterprise segments in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue generation through Retail POS, Petrol Pump POS, and Corporate/Enterprise sales.
Lead and manage the POS sales team, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail outlets, fuel stations, and enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities including value-added services, payment solutions, and fintech products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and support for merchants and enterprise clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
12 years of experience in POS Sales, Fintech, or Payment Solutions.
Proven track record in Retail & Enterprise account management.
Strong team leadership and sales management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in POS solutions, payment gateways, or fintech products will be preferred.
