Whether it's delivering business results, advancing individual careers, or driving innovation, we are relentlessly outcome-focused Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development Develop and maintain scalable, modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express Contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks across the application lifecycle Frontend Engineering Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS Implement dynamic UI components and user dashboards to support analytics, admin, and user interactions Ensure pixel-perfect, accessible, and cross-browser compatible designs Backend Engineering Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express Develop secure, scalable microservices using cloud-native principles Manage authentication, authorization, and API security protocols Database Management Design and maintain efficient PostgreSQL database schemas Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for data access, analytics, and reporting Experience working with Supabase or other modern Postgres-based platforms is a plus DevOps & Deployment Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment to platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or AWS Troubleshoot and resolve build/deployment issues and manage environment configuration Code Quality & Collaboration Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions Perform code reviews, maintain internal documentation, and contribute to technical discussions Diagnose and resolve performance issues across both frontend and backend stacks Qualifications & Skills 57 years of professional experience in full-stack development Strong hands-on experience with: JavaScript/TypeScript React.js, including hooks and component architecture Node.js and Express.js PostgreSQL, database normalization, indexing, and integration Solid understanding of RESTful architecture, web security, and session management Ability to create and manager virtual teams.
