Post Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Welcome customers after booking, explain the post-sales process, share booking details, payment schedules, and maintain customer records. Documentation & Agreements: Collect and verify KYC/documents, coordinate agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, and liaise with legal, accounts, sales, banking, and registration teams. Payment Coordination: Notify customers of payment milestones, follow up on collections, coordinate with accounts for receipts and reconciliations, and track outstanding payments. Customer Communication: Serve as the primary post-sales contact, provide project updates, resolve queries, and maintain communication records. Loan Coordination: Assist with home loan documentation, coordinate with banks and internal teams, and monitor loan sanctions and disbursements. Possession & Handover: Manage possession documentation, final payments, registrations, inspections, handover formalities, and customer feedback. Complaint Resolution: Track and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments and escalating issues when required. Reporting & CRM Management: Update CRM records, maintain confidentiality, and prepare reports on documentation, collections, loans, customer queries, and possession status. Preferred candidate profile Strong multitasking and deadline management skills. Confident in handling payment follow-ups and customer concerns. Takes ownership of issues until resolution. Organized, professional, and process-oriented. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Konkani is an added advantage). Willing to travel for project visits, registrations, and customer meetings as needed. .
