Job description
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows.
Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives and system enhancements.
Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test case preparation and defect management.
Analyze banking processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation. .
