Looking for urgent Electrical Safety -Deputy Manager
Position : Power system Engineer
Location : Chennai
Qualification : M. Tech in Power system Studies OR
B.E / B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Expereince : 5+years
Roles and Responsibilites :
Perform power system studies using ETAP with strong technical proficiency
Carry out Arc Flash Analysis and recommend mitigation techniques as per the latest updated standards
Conduct Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis, and Relay Coordination Studies
Validate/review Protection Coordination (Relay Coordination) schemes
Analyze electrical network performance and identify system improvements
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards (IEC, IEEE, IS standards)
Support design and engineering teams with study reports and recommendations
Review single line diagrams (SLD) and electrical system design
Conduct site audits and verify implementation of study recommendations
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
Minimum 5+ years of extensive hands-on experience in ETAP, delivering detailed power system modelling and analytical studies.
Strong knowledge of:
o Short Circuit Studies o Relay Coordination Studies o Arc Flash Analysis o Load Flow Studies
Understanding of electrical protection systems and coordination
Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE)
ETAP, Arc Flash, Relay, short circuit, Power system studies
Good communication skill Presentable Need to interact with client internal stakeholders
Good Team worker
Must be willing to travel across India
Must have industrial experience
