Position :- PPC Engineer Fabrication

Job Location:- Ahmedabad

Job Description: -

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly fabrication production activities as per orders and delivery timelines.
• Prepare job-wise production plans based on BOM, drawings, routing, and work orders.
• Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Production for material availability and manpower planning.
• Monitor fabrication activities including cutting, bending, drilling, fit-up, welding, grinding, and assembly.
• Track production progress, identify delays/bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, ERP/MRP updates, and Excel-based production tracking.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Desired Candidate:-

• Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 37 years of experience in PPC / Production planning -fabrication

• Industry Experience: Experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment is mandatory.
