Job Title : Practice Lead (Capital Markets Operations & Transformation)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Lead for our Capital Markets Operations practice to drive transformation, innovation, capability development, and business growth initiatives.
This leadership role is focused on building differentiated offerings, driving enterprise transformation programs, enabling sales growth, and establishing future ready operational capabilities leveraging Digital, AI / ML, Automation, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Capital Markets Operations combined with strong consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and transformation leadership experience.
Lead the Capital Markets Operations Practice and drive strategic growth initiatives across clients and business units
Define and execute the practice vision, transformation roadmap, and innovation strategy
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of experience in Capital Markets Business Operations
Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Wealth ManagementInvestment BankingAsset ManagementAlternatives (PE, Private Credit, REIT)Custody & Securities Operations
Proven track record in leading large scale transformation programs and practice building initiatives
Strong Understanding Of

Demonstrated Experience In
