01Responsibilities
Meet production, quality, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced role.
Accurately set up cases and document information.
Review cases to determine if they can be decisioned or need further clinical review.
Solve complex problems using resources like policies and SOPs.
Make outbound calls to providers/members as needed.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma/GED.
1+ year office or healthcare experience.
Customer service experience with outbound calls.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Flexible to work shifts within 7am-7pm, Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
Ability to troubleshoot and set up computer equipment independently.
Secure designated workspace with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 1.5 Mbps download/upload).
Preferred:
Experience with medical platforms, authorizations, or healthcare settings.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes, Medicare/Medicaid.
Clerical or administrative support experience.
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Detail-oriented and team player.
