01Overview
Managing all the pre-placement activities of providing Quotes/ generating RFQs / Policy Issuance/ underwriting policy wordings/ Quote comparision/etc.
Prepare and verify policy documentation before issuance.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements and quotes.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Assist clients with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide product information and explain policy terms in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products across life, health, general, and specialty lines.
Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Compensation: 22,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
