Your Role
Heres what you will be doing:
Conduct thorough reviews of construction documents to prepare detailed recommendation reports and highlight missing information.
Follow up with clients promptly to collect missing documents and ensure a smooth approval process.
Analyze contractor budgets and contracts to determine their suitability for residential projects.
Verify contractor credentials by assessing past performance, financial stability, and risk factors.
Identify potential risks related to insurance coverage, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Make informed recommendations on contractor approvals, denials, or required conditions based on evaluations.
Evaluate project feasibility by reviewing plans, budgets, contracts, appraisals, and surveys against loan amounts.
About You
The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Excellent written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation.
Ability to read and respond to client emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent.
Good analytical and cognitive skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with the ability to talk over the phone.
