They are leading players in the IT Infrastructure, Network Solutions, Security Solutions and Cybersecurity solutions domain.Its a seasoned company operating for the last 35 yearsMode of WorkingWork Form OfficeDays of Working6 days a week (1st and 2nd Sat are off ; remaining Saturdays are half days)Need Candidates from Non Engineering DegreeKey ResponsibilitiesTraining and Certification shall be provided on Maxhub:Provide technical pre-sales support for Maxhub interactive flat panels, video conferencing bars, and collaboration solutions to channel partners and end customersEnable channel partners (system integrators, resellers, AV dealers) with technical product knowledge and solution design support across the assigned territorySupport partners and customers through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessionsCoordinate with the OEM/principal team to stay updated on product features, specifications, and demo equipment availabilityBuild and execute region-wise technical enablement plans and partner training calendarsConduct partner trainings, product demos, and technical enablement sessions to improve partner sell-throughTrack technical queries, support tickets, and pre-sales requests to ensure timely resolution and closureSupport partners and sales teams during pre-sales discussions, solution mapping, and competitive positioningDrive joint customer visits and corporate/education sector technical demos along with partners and sales teamsAssist in developing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentationProvide post-demo technical follow-up and coordinate after-sales technical support where requiredIdeal Candidate Profilecommunication skills with both technical and business stakeholdersReady for 3 years training bondInterested to Develop the career in technical in IT/AV hardware, ideally interactive panels, video bars, or collaboration devicesShould be ready to travel for the client places.Degree can be BBA / BA/ Bcom/BSC/ Mcom/Mba (Donot need BCA, MCA, BE, ME, Brtech,Mtech)Interview process : Face-to-Face Skills: Presales, AV Solution, AV Hardware and Fresher
