01Key Responsibilities
Work in close partnership with the primary owner, who owns overall governing procedures, standards, and decision authority. Support and execute established project governance, including status reporting, reviews, and decision forums, in alignment with defined governance frameworks. Ensure project activities remain aligned with internal governance processes, compliance requirements, and audit expectations. Partner with the Technical owner in stakeholder management. Support crossfunctional alignment and execution by coordinating actions, followups, and issue resolution without direct authority. Facilitate effective collaboration across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams, escalating risks or decisions to the primary lead when required. Development and documentation of new business processes based on GFES requirements Business storylines are converted into action through purposeful dashboard design and compelling executive presentations.

Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent 5 to 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred Strong project coordination skills, ability to demonstrate junior leadership capabilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization Data-driven mindset with attention to details Strong sense of accountability Good skill set in utilizing presentation tools such as: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other engaging presentation programs Candidates with prior experience in quality functions are strongly preferred.
