Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand the Financial Services practice in India, focusing primarily on banking clients.
- Lead high-impact strategy consulting engagements, providing actionable, data-driven insights and transformative solutions.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, leading proposal efforts, and enhancing client relationships.
- Bring domain expertise in retail and commercial banking, digital transformation, risk management, payments, and regulatory change.
- Offer thought leadership on emerging trends and innovations in the banking and financial services industry.
- Mentor internal teams to contribute to capability-building and domain upskilling.
Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on strategy in the banking industry.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale consulting engagements and delivering results for banking clients.
- Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and drive business development.
- Preferred qualification of an MBA from a Tier-1 business school such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.
