01Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmapping and Operating Model Design: Develop phased transformation roadmaps and target operating models that align with corporate strategy across various workstreams and products. Stakeholder and Governance Orchestration: Map and align executive sponsors, functional leaders, and external partners under clear governance structures, decision rights, and escalation paths. Capability and Maturity Assessment: Conduct assessments of process, data, technology, talent, and control maturity using structured frameworks, benchmarking against peers, and identifying capability gaps. Value Tree and Benefits Realization: Create value trees linking use cases to key performance drivers, establish baselines, define KPIs, and maintain a benefits ledger with clear ownership. Workshop Facilitation and Storytelling : Facilitate large-format workshops and synthesize visual narratives that align scientific detail with business value for senior audiences. Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance Fluency: Ensure compliance with data integrity standards, expense reporting regulations, and audit readiness through well-designed systems and processes. Data, Digital, and AI Literacy: Leverage knowledge of data models, cloud platforms, and analytics to enhance productization while ensuring safety, bias, privacy, and traceability. Product, Program, and Agile Delivery : Manage product-centric portfolios, run agile-at-scale, and integrate PMO discipline into delivery cadences. Change Management and Adoption: Develop change strategies, communications, and training programs to ensure sustained behavioral change among frontline teams. Partner Ecosystem and Sourcing : Design sourcing models, select vendors, and structure commercial terms aligned with desired outcomes and risk management. Pursuit Support: Collaborate with teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and client presentations. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further engagement. Engagement Delivery: Oversee the delivery of transformation engagements, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations. Qualifications : Extensive experience in business transformation consulting, particularly within the Technology Sector. Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
