If you're looking for challenging work, intelligent colleagues, and exposure across a global footprint, come explore your DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesHelp with decision-making on current or current projects, by gathering and analyzing data and providing insights into recent possibilities or areas in need of improvement.Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and budgets as needed.Work with business, ops and support (Risk, Audit, Tech etc.) functions to understand the guidelines and implications of project executionAbility to extract information, at all levels of the organization (individual contributor to senior management), to identify core problems/needsAbility to conduct complex analysis and present data & insights in a meaningful wayAbility to write system requirement specifications to include use cases, data models, assumptions, and mock-ups, when necessaryWork closely with business functions to pro-actively identify & define opportunities for continuous improvement; build diagnostic and develop business casesManagement of Continuous Improvement agenda/ drive and shaping up project opportunitiesDrive development of new CI tools and methodologiesAssist in the definition of performance metrics for all projects as well as business functions and drive governance around the same with stakeholdersCommunicate project status frequently up and down the organization and suggest changes to use available capacity efficientlyOptimize the Continuous Improvement framework & establish control proceduresContribute to various governance forums as appropriateCollaborate with cross functional team to resolve issues or improve the process for future stateKey proficienciesBeing able to stay on top of the big picture and view inter-connectivity of tasks and solutions.Ability to take care of flexibility and change without getting flustered, especially in quickly evolving production & client scenariosAbility to develop trust with various internal and external facing teams and clients.Encourage others: Demonstrate a deep passion for technology and financial domain and build an ability to tap into the creative minds of the project teamMaintain a broad understanding of our systems, customers and business goals.The Experience You Bring 8+ years of Project Management/ Change Implementation experience, or equivalent experience preferably in Financial or Investment Banking Sector Strong stakeholder management with experience of building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership Strong knowledge in agile project methodologies Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to and incorporate other people's opinions and a strong \"out-of-the-box\" thinker who challenges status-quo Ability to handle ambiguity and ability to assess risk even when data or information on hand are limited Financial domain expertise, particularly, familiarity with US financial markets.
