Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Senior Workday Compensation & Performance to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Compensation (Core and Advanced) and Payroll configurations. You will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these modules while ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between functional HR strategy and technical system execution, playing a pivotal role in the annual merit cycle, payroll processing audits, and ongoing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Compensation (Core & Advanced)
System Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Workday Compensation business processes, including compensation packages, eligibility rules, salary plans, and grade profiles.
Annual Cycles: Manage the end-to-end technical execution of the Annual Compensation Review (Merit, Bonus, and Stock) using Work .
