Job Description:
- Participate in Strategic planning and drive the execution on Gen AI/ML solutions.
- Lead a team of data scientists, MLOps providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple Gen AI/ML projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Design, Develop and implement data science projects, including machine learning models, deep learning models, NLP solutions, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Ensure data quality, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
- Present data science generated insights and recommendations to stakeholder
- Communicate complex technical concepts and results to business stakeholders effectively.
Primary Skills:
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in data science
- Strong experience of developing and deploying the AI/ML models in production
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools and technologies
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
