Role Overview
As a Software Engineer II in Servicing Apps at ACM in Synchrony, you will be part of a premier consumer financial services company known for its digitally enabled product suites. Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Technical Lead with expertise in Advanced Case Management using IBM CaseManager and FileNet P8 platform.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in casemanagement, provide solutions, and offer technical leadership to the development team.
- Capture requirements, provide solution design, and oversee implementation in coordination with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users.
- Develop restful services using spring boot.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in any engineering discipline or MCA, or in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2/5.3 and Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack.
- Proficiency in customization of IBM Case Manager Solutions, development of widgets, External Data Services, Case Manager API.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across time-zones if needed.
- Familiarity with designing applications using SOLID principles, Java, and microservice design patterns with business acumen.
- Working knowledge in RDBMS.
- Ability to analyze, use structured problem-solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact, and resolution options.
